What are these sections and articles doing here?

This FAQ is a section in the General category of your Help Center knowledge base. We created this category and a few common sections to help you get started with your Help Center.

The knowledge base in the Help Center consists of three main page types: category pages, section pages, and articles. Here's the structure:

    I have made numerous comments through my email since January 20th. I just wanted to exchange the black/brown D-FINE because I am a medium brown and I ordered brunette. I ordered and recieved the correct color, brunette, in the step 1 brow gel. I'm not sure if it was my error or yours to be honest. I also wanted to order lash extension stain mascara. This item I do want in black. Lol I was chatting wit Chris and made this online acct and my comments did show up. Now gone? Help please. You can see the talking back and forth in my email which you already have. If you can't help then I will give it to my daughter and no big deal. I just won't order anymore because now I am past the 30 days. If you guys had acted the day I contacted you to let you know that I had the package but when I opened it I saw that it was the wrong color, it wouldn't have been 30 days. I've received no direction or feedback from yoy guys again today. It's your call. I'm fine either way. I hope this is in the correct place. Thanks, Robyn Holloway
