How do I return my order?

We are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your order for a refund or request an exchange as long as it falls within the 30 days moneyback guarantee policy.

Please note, we do not provide a return postage label. It is strongly recommended that all returns are sent to us using a tracked service, as we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. Once we receive your return, We'll refund the entire purchase price less shipping and handling, no questions asked.

To return your order for a refund or exchange, please follow the process below.

1) Login to your WUNDER2 customer account.

2) Click on Return an Item.
3) A return link will be visible against a product as long as the order is within the 30 days moneyback guarantee policy.
4) Select your reason for returning, quantity of items to return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
5) Click the “Submit Return” button, then read and print your RMA receipt and ship your returned item(s) to the address listed on your receipt. Don’t forget to include a printed* copy of your RMA receipt with your return!

*If you are unable to print this receipt, please be sure that your RMA# is written clearly on the package.

I forgot my Login ID and / or Password:
1) Your email address is your Login ID.
2) Retrieve your password using Forgot Password on the WUNDER2 sign-in page.
3) Check your e-mail for a link to reset your password. Please Note: This link will be valid for 24 hours.
4) Click the link and enter a new password.
5) Return to the sign-in page and log in with your e-mail address and new password.

I cannot see my order in the account / I did not buy the order from my account:
1) If you do not see an order under My Account, it is likely that the order was placed as a guest, before you logged into your account.
2) You will see a message at the top of the My Account page asking you to consolidate your orders under one account.
3) Click the “Send Consolidation Email” button.
4) An account consolidation link will be emailed to you. Please Note: This link will be valid for 24 hours.
5) Click the link and then login to your account to confirm that all orders now appear in My Orders.

Once the warehouse has received your return, your request will be processed within 5 business days.
